Partner portal

Organizations

What a partner organization is, how to switch when you belong to more than one, and why Access denied is different from the marketing page at /partners.

An organization is the placement team’s account inside Kyrolane. Candidates, clients, the mailbox, branding, and the license all belong to it. Members of that organization open the same portal.

Where it lives

Kyrolane staff create the organization. Partner access is not self-serve. The usual path is the inquiry on /partners#inquiry, then an administrator adds your email under Admin → Placement organizations.

Switching organizations

When your user is an active member of more than one organization, the portal sidebar shows the active organization and a switcher. Choosing another organization stores that choice and reloads the portal for that team.

The License inactive screen offers the same switcher when you have another organization. Use it if one license is blocked and another is still valid.

Access denied

Access denied is not a missing license. The layout shows it when you are signed in and you have no active membership.

The screen says “This account is not on a placement team” and names the email you used. That login is not an active member. Removed members count as not active. The screen tells you to ask a Kyrolane administrator to add that email, then to open /partner again. Back to workspace returns to /. Request partner access returns to /partners#inquiry.

You will not see this screen in two other cases:

  • You are not signed in. /partner sends you to login and back to /partner.
  • The portal is turned off for the environment. /partner redirects to /partners#inquiry before membership is checked.

A blocked license is a third screen, License inactive, and it means the membership exists. That case is documented in Plans and licenses.
