The portal checks the license before it renders the workspace. Prices and included seats below are the catalog values.

PlanPriceIncluded seatsWhat it is
Partner Shared$999/mo · 5 seats$999/mo5Multi-tenant Partner Portal — candidates, AI matching, branded outreach, placements.
Partner Private$2,499/mo starting · 25 seats$2,499/mo starting25Dedicated Kyrolane instance + database. Same portal, stronger isolation. Custom quotes welcome.

Partner Private is a dedicated Kyrolane instance and database. The same portal runs there. When a dedicated URL is set, Settings shows it on the license strip. A custom quote can replace the catalog price. The label says “starting” when the organization is still on the catalog price.

Partner Shared is the multi-tenant portal: candidates, matching, branded outreach, and placements on the shared service.

What each state blocks

The check runs in this order. The first failing state is the one you see.

StateMessageWhat is blocked
ActiveThe portal loads.Nothing from this check. The license status is active, the organization is active, and the end date is empty or still in the future.
DeletedThis organization has been deleted. The portal.
PausedThis organization is paused. Contact Kyrolane support. The portal. Paused is an organization status, not a license status.
SuspendedYour partner license is suspended. Contact Kyrolane to restore access. The portal.
ExpiredYour partner license has expired. Contact Kyrolane to renew. The portal. This is either the license status or an end date that has passed.

The screen title is License inactive, followed by the organization name and the message. Contact Kyrolane to renew or restore access. If you belong to another organization, switch to it on that screen.

Where you see it

Settings shows the plan name, the price label, seats used and the seat limit, and the renewal date. “No expiry” means the license has no end date. A private organization with an instance URL shows that URL under the same strip.

Seat rules, including what happens when the included count is not enough, are in Team and seats.
