Admin and Coach

What Admin and Coach can do in the partner portal. Coaches manage candidates and clients they own. Only admins save mailbox credentials.

Every active member is an Admin or a Coach. The team table shows Coach as Recruiter. Permissions follow the Coach role, not that label.

Client ownership defaults to the member who onboarded the client. An admin can manage it regardless of owner.

A coach who is not the assignee and did not create the candidate cannot change that candidate. Assign the coach on the profile, or set assignee_email during CSV import, before you expect them to work the record.

Credentials stay with admins

Settings → Branding & email → Email is how the organization sends. The save action is limited to admins. Coaches can still update branding: the logo and the signature that appear on pitches and shared profiles.

If a coach needs a mailbox change, an admin has to save it. The test email on that tab is part of the same admin-only form.

What this page does not change

Inviting and removing members is not a role permission in the product yet. The team page tells every role to ask a Kyrolane administrator. Seat limits are part of the license, not something a coach or admin edits inside the portal. See Team and seats.
