Billing overview

How partner licenses and job seeker subscriptions are billed, where to change a plan, and what happens when a license lapses.

On this page

Kyrolane bills the two sides differently. Placement organizations hold a partner license that covers the portal and a number of seats. Job seekers subscribe to a plan from their own account.

What makes Kyrolane different

  • Prices come from the catalog. Partner prices and seat counts in these docs are read from the same catalog the product uses, so they cannot drift.
  • A license, not per-feature add-ons. One partner license unlocks the whole portal for its seats.
  • Clear lapse behavior. An expired, suspended, or paused license blocks the portal with a message that says which state applies.
  • Self-serve for job seekers. Upgrade, change, or cancel from Settings through Stripe.

A good first task

Check your plan

Partner admins: open the portal and read the license strip under the Command Center title for plan, seats in use, and renewal date. Job seekers: open Settings, then Subscription and billing, to see your plan and open the billing portal.

FAQ

How are partner organizations billed?

Through a license that Kyrolane sets up with your organization. Partner Shared is $999/mo with 5 seats. Partner Private is $2,499/mo starting with 25 seats, and a custom quote can replace the catalog price.

What happens when a partner license expires?

The portal does not load. Members see License inactive with a message to contact Kyrolane to renew.

How do job seekers upgrade or cancel?

In Settings, under Subscription and billing. Checkout and the billing portal are handled by Stripe.

Can partner seats be added in the portal?

Not yet. Kyrolane changes the seat limit on the license.
