Start a task
Pick a client role or paste a full job description with requirements, skills, and responsibilities. The assistant extracts the skills and searches your roster and the Kyrolane network. You can leave the company name blank to keep the role confidential.
Review the run
A task moves through pending, running, and completed, or failed. The task page shows each step as it runs. When ranking completes, recommendations appear with their match scores.
- Shortlist strong fits, or reject the rest.
- Draft a message to a shortlisted candidate about the role.
- Approve the draft before sending. Drafts move from draft to approved to sent.
Failed runs stay in the list so you can open one, see what went wrong, and retry.
FAQ
Who appears from the Kyrolane network?
Only job seekers who joined the Kyrolane talent pool. Anyone who leaves the talent pool stops appearing in new matching.
Does the assistant message candidates on its own?
No. It prepares drafts. You approve a message before it is sent, and sending needs the organization mailbox configured in Settings.
Are employer pitches sent from the assistant?
No. The assistant messages candidates about a role. Employer pitches stay on each candidate profile.
