Job seeker workspace
Your own Kyrolane account for a job search. Add a resume, review matched roles, prepare applications, and send them yourself from your mailbox.
The job seeker workspace is where you run your own search. Your resume is the source for matching: Kyrolane ranks open roles against it, explains each match, and helps you prepare a tailored application. You review everything and send it from your own mailbox.
What makes Kyrolane different
- You stay the sender. Applications go out from your mailbox after you confirm. Nothing is auto-applied.
- Matches you can read. Each role shows a match indicator, so you can decide before you spend time on it.
- One hiring contact at a time. Contact lookups find the right person for a specific job, not a bulk list.
- Help beyond the application. Interview prep, a two-week career strategy, and a copilot that shows your next step are included on the Professional and Business plans.
- Opt-in visibility. Placement partners can reach you only if you join the talent pool.
A good first task
Upload your current resume and fix anything the parser got wrong. Open Jobs, pick the three strongest matches, and draft a tailored cover letter for each. Send them from your mailbox, then check Applications in a few days for replies.
FAQ
Does Kyrolane apply to jobs for me?
No. Kyrolane finds matches and drafts applications. You review and send each one.
Is this the same as the partner portal?
No. The partner portal at /partner is for placement agencies. If an agency is helping with your search, you can still keep your own job seeker account.
Can recruiters see my profile?
Only if you join the Kyrolane talent pool in Settings. Then verified placement partners may contact you about roles that look like a match. You can leave at any time.
Can I use Kyrolane from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Connect your assistant over MCP to match jobs, look up one hiring contact at a time, and draft cover letters you send yourself.
