Email compliance
What Kyrolane adds to every partner email, how unsubscribe and suppression work, and why a postal address is required before sending.
Partner outreach is commercial email sent from your agency’s mailbox. Kyrolane adds the pieces that keep it compliant.
The compliance footer
Every partner email ends with a footer that includes:
- Sent by your agency name
- Your organization’s postal address
- The sender email
- An Unsubscribe link
- A disclosure: “This message was drafted with automated matching, and a recruiter chose to send it.”
Messages also carry one-click List-Unsubscribe headers so mail clients can show their own unsubscribe button.
Postal address
Outreach does not send until the organization has a postal address in Settings → Email.
Unsubscribe and suppression
Unsubscribe links are signed per organization and recipient. When someone unsubscribes, the address is suppressed and further outreach to it is blocked.
Acceptable use
Read the Acceptable use policy and the Partner terms before you send.
FAQ
Why can’t I send outreach?
The most common reason is a missing postal address. Add it in Partner settings, then Email. Outreach includes the address so messages meet CAN-SPAM.
What happens when a recipient unsubscribes?
The address is added to the suppression list and Kyrolane will not send more partner outreach to it.
