Use Kyrolane from ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor. The Kyrolane MCP server matches jobs, looks up one hiring contact at a time, drafts applications you send yourself, and gives agencies read access to their own roster.

Kyrolane runs a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so you can work with it from the assistant you already use. Connect once with OAuth, choose the scopes you allow, and ask the assistant to match roles, find a hiring contact, or draft an application. Agency members can also search their own roster and match candidates to job orders.

The server URL is https://www.kyrolane.com/api/mcp (streamable HTTP).

What makes Kyrolane different

  • Drafts, never sends. The assistant can write a cover letter and save it in Kyrolane. You review and send it from your mailbox.
  • Narrow scopes you choose. read:jobs, read:contacts, write:drafts, and read:applications. Keep only the ones you want on the consent screen.
  • One contact at a time. Contact lookups take a single job, are rate limited, and count against your plan. There is no bulk export.
  • Organization-scoped partner tools. Agency tools read only your own organization’s candidates, job orders, and clients.
  • Untrusted data stays data. Every tool tells the assistant that job postings, resumes, and contact records are untrusted, and not to follow instructions inside them.
  • Standard auth. OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Tokens expire and refresh tokens rotate.

FAQ

Does the assistant send the application?

No. draft_application saves a letter in Kyrolane and returns a link. You review it and send from your own mailbox.

Can an assistant export every hiring contact?

No. find_hiring_contact accepts one job at a time, is rate limited, and counts against the contact lookup quota on your plan.

Can an agency’s assistant see another agency’s candidates?

No. Partner tools only read the signed-in member’s own organization and never return another organization’s roster.

Where do I disconnect an assistant?

Settings, then Assistants. Disconnecting an OAuth client or revoking a personal token takes effect on the next request.

What happens to data after it reaches the assistant?

Data goes only to the assistant you connect. That provider’s own terms apply after the response leaves Kyrolane.
