Daily review
Daily review collects today’s best-fit drafts for you to approve. Kyrolane then finds contacts, and you send from Apply. Daily review is included from the Starter plan.
Apply and send
Apply is where you prepare today’s list and send it. Confirm the recipient and the message, including the cover letter when you use one. On paid plans you can save an app password and send from your mailbox. On the Free plan, use Open in Gmail.
Track applications
Applications lists everything you sent and its status. Analytics charts applications, open rates, and responses over time.
FAQ
Can I send from my own email on the Free plan?
Free accounts compose manually with Open in Gmail. Sending through your own mailbox with an app password (SMTP) is included on paid plans.
Are follow-up emails automatic?
Follow-up automation is part of the automation tools on the Business plan. On other plans you follow up yourself.
