Candidates

Your agency’s roster. Add or import candidates, upload resumes for matching, assign a coach, keep private notes, and archive or delete with history kept for reporting.

On this page

Candidates is the roster your team pitches from. Open it from the portal sidebar. Filter the list, open a profile in a drawer, and pitch without leaving the page.

A candidate profile in the partner portal showing matched roles from the Kyrolane catalog.
Each candidate shows roles that clear the match bar, with a reason for the fit.

Add candidates

  • One at a time. Use Add candidate with a name and email.
  • From a CSV. Import CSV accepts up to 500 rows. Name and email are required. Download the template from the dialog, preview, then import. Set assignee_email to assign a coach. To record a past placement on the same row, fill both client_name and position.

Resume and preferences

Upload a resume on the profile. Kyrolane parses it for matching. Preferred job titles and skills are used to find relevant roles from the Kyrolane catalog and from your clients’ open roles. A candidate with no resume and no preferred titles has no matches yet.

Ownership and notes

Each candidate has an owner on your team, the coach who works them. Coaches manage candidates they added or are assigned. Admins can manage every candidate. Notes on the profile hold preferences, call summaries, and follow-ups, and are never shared with employers.

Archive or delete

  • Archive hides the candidate from the active list. Resume, preferences, and application history stay. Reactivate any time from the Archived tab.
  • Delete permanently erases personal details and the resume file. Outreach records stay for reporting and billing, and pitch counts remain on the dashboard.

FAQ

Who can remove or delete a candidate?

The assigned coach, the coach who added the candidate, or an organization admin.

What happens to reporting when I delete a candidate?

Name, email, phone, resume, and profile preferences are permanently removed. Outreach records such as company, role, pipeline stage, and dates are kept so dashboard counts and billing stay correct.

Are candidate notes shared with employers?

No. Notes are private to your team.
