Analytics shows conversion across your pipeline: where outreach is winning and where it stalls.
What you see
- Pipeline conversion. Outreach that got employer interest and outreach that reached interviews.
- Outreach over time. Sends over the last 30 days.
- Placement fees. Fees from placements this quarter and all time, summed per currency.
- Team leaderboard. Outreach, replies, interviews, and placements attributed to whoever sent the pitch, ranked by closed deals.
Exports
From Candidates, use Export roster or Export pipeline. A Recruiter Assistant task can export its matches from the task page.
- Admins export every candidate in the organization. Coaches export the candidates they added or are assigned.
- Kyrolane talent-pool members are exported without email or phone unless your agency already sent them outreach.
- Every export is recorded in the privacy audit log.

Why is Analytics empty?
Analytics appears after your first pitches go out. Add candidates, match them to roles, and send intro pitches to start building history.
Can a coach export the whole roster?
No. Admins can export every candidate. Coaches export the candidates they added or are assigned.
