The Kyrolane talent pool connects job seekers with placement agencies that use Kyrolane.
How it works
When the setting is on, verified placement partners may contact you about roles that look like a match. Your profile is shared for that purpose only. Agencies find talent-pool members through matching and the Recruiter Assistant.
Join or leave
Open Settings and find Partner placement assistance. Choose Join the talent pool or Leave the talent pool. Each change is recorded as a consent event.

FAQ
Does leaving the talent pool remove my applications?
No. Leaving stops new talent-pool matching and partner outreach based on this preference. Existing applications are not removed.
Do agencies get my email and phone?
Agencies that export their matches do not receive a talent-pool member’s email or phone unless they have already sent that person outreach through Kyrolane.
