Partner portal
The signed-in workspace for placement agencies and recruiting partners at /partner. Candidates, clients, matching, outreach, follow-ups, analytics, and settings in one place.
The partner portal is where a placement team runs its desk. It lives at /partner and opens on the Command Center, which shows the license strip and today’s priority actions. From the sidebar you reach Candidates, the Recruiter Assistant, Follow-ups, Clients, Analytics, Branding & email, and Support.
Every record belongs to your organization. Members of that organization share one roster and one client book, and every pitch goes out from the organization’s connected mailbox.
What makes Kyrolane different
- One organization, scoped access. Candidates, clients, the mailbox, branding, and the license belong to the organization. Coaches work their own records. Admins see everything.
- The client book feeds the matching. Register a client and Kyrolane can find its careers page, scan open roles, and show which candidates on your roster fit best.
- Pitches protect the candidate. Intro pitches attach a confidential blind profile. The full resume goes out only after the employer replies with interest.
- A pipeline that follows real replies. Each pitch carries a reference like
KYR-1234(example). Paste the employer reply and Kyrolane moves the record forward. - Analytics by recruiter. Outreach, replies, interviews, and placements are attributed to whoever sent the pitch.
A good first task
Ask an admin to connect the agency mailbox and send a test email. Import your active candidates from CSV and assign each one to a coach. Add your three busiest clients and run a careers-page scan on each. For every role with a strong roster match, send one blind intro pitch, then use Follow-ups to chase anything without a reply after five days.
The partner quickstart walks through access, the license screens, and mailbox setup step by step.
FAQ
Who can open the partner portal?
Active members of a placement organization whose license is valid. Anyone else signed in sees Access denied or License inactive instead of the portal.
What is the difference between Admin and Coach?
Both can work candidates, clients, and outreach. Coaches change the candidates and clients they added or are assigned. Only admins save mailbox credentials such as SMTP passwords and OAuth tokens, and admins can export the whole roster.
Can my team invite new members from the portal?
Not yet. Ask a Kyrolane administrator to add or remove members. Seats are capped by the license.
Does the portal send pitches automatically?
No. Every intro pitch opens a composer and nothing is sent until you confirm. Automatic follow-ups are off by default and only an admin can turn them on.
Where do I get help inside the portal?
Open Support in the portal sidebar at /partner/support.
